Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

This policy covers onroute.express, the website of OnRoute Express Inc. It describes exactly what the site collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What we collect

Only what you type into the driver form, plus the basic technical information any web server receives.

WhatWhenRequired
Your nameYou submit the driver formYes
Email address or phone numberYou submit the driver formYes
Your messageYou submit the driver formNo
A CV file, if you attach oneYou submit the driver formNo
Which page and campaign link brought you hereAutomatically on submission
IP address and browser typeAutomatically, by the hosting provider

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, immigration documents, bank details or a driver's licence number through this website. If a page ever asks you for any of those, it is not ours.

2. Why we collect it

One reason: to contact you about contract driving work, and to have the conversation that follows. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers, lead resellers, or advertising networks. We do not add you to a marketing list.

3. Who else sees it

Your details pass through services we use to run the site. Each one is named here, and each has its own privacy policy that governs what it does with data.

Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it, and only to the extent it requires.

4. How long we keep it

If we contract with you, your record becomes part of our normal business and tax records and is kept for as long as the law requires.

If we do not, we keep your application for 12 months and then delete it. The reason for keeping it that long rather than discarding it immediately is practical: routes open at unpredictable times, and we would rather call someone who already told us they were interested than start from zero. If you would prefer we not hold it at all, say so and we will delete it straight away.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising pixel, no analytics script, no session tracker and no third-party tag on the page. That is not a policy statement of intent — it is what the page actually does today, and you can confirm it by opening your browser's developer tools.

If a campaign link brings you here with tracking parameters in the address, those parameters are recorded with your submission so we know which channel worked. They describe the link you clicked, not you.

Your choices

Whatever state you live in, we offer the same four things to everyone who writes to us:

We do not require you to create an account to exercise any of this, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

How to reach us about your data. Write to [email protected] or [email protected]. Put “data request” in the subject line so it does not sit in the general inbox. Postal address: OnRoute Express Inc., 5100 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago, IL 60640, USA.

We answer within 30 days. If we cannot identify you from what you send us, we will ask for enough detail to find your record — and nothing beyond that.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions go into a Google account protected by the account owner's credentials, and access is limited to the people who need it to run recruitment. We keep the number of copies small on purpose — fewer places for data to sit is the most effective security measure available to a company our size.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults seeking contract driving work. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described at the top of this page rather than quietly folded into the text.
