These terms govern your use of onroute.express. They are short because the site is simple: it describes what OnRoute Express Inc. does and offers a way to get in touch.

1. This site is information, not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer of employment or a contract. Submitting the driver form starts a conversation — it does not create any obligation on either side. Any working relationship begins only when a separate written agreement is signed.

2. Contractor status

Drivers who work with us are engaged as independent contractors on Form 1099, not as employees. That is stated plainly across this site because it determines everything about the relationship: your schedule, your vehicle, your expenses, your tax filings.

3. Figures on this site

Stop counts, delivery windows and schedules describe how our routes normally run. They are not guarantees for any particular route, day or person. Actual work depends on the route assigned, the volume that day, and conditions outside anyone's control.

Any earnings figure shown anywhere on this site is a gross figure before expenses and taxes, for an independent contractor paid on Form 1099. It is not a promise of what you will earn.

Delivery windows shown are the contractual limits that apply to our routes. They are not a service guarantee for any individual shipment.

4. Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and correct it when we find something wrong. We do not warrant that every page is complete or current at every moment. Our federal registration details — USDOT 4346370 and MC 1698829 — are published so you can verify us independently in the FMCSA SAFER system rather than take our word for anything.

5. Use of the site

Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, submit false information through the form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

6. Content and marks

The text, design and code of this site belong to OnRoute Express Inc. Company names and marks belonging to others, where they appear, belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any relationship that is not stated in writing.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link out — to our driver recruitment site, to a government record, to a mapping or messaging service — we are not responsible for what those sites do. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnRoute Express Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This clause is about the website. It does not limit any obligation under a signed contract, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
